The POINTS is a loyalty program for the frequent guests of Shenzhen Grand Skylight Hotel Management Co., Ltd. There are three levels: BUSINESS, HONOR and ROYAL, with different benefits and points. BUSINESS has duration from the initiation date of the membership to December 31st of the next year. For HONOR and ROYAL, the membership is valid from the date of upgrading to December 31 of the next year. When you check in at hotels managed by Shenzhen Grand Skylight Hotel Management, please present your POINTS card, which will enable you to enjoy exclusive discount, courteous reception and generous points. The points can be converted into rich gifts, guest room and mileage of cooperation airlines. Meanwhile you can enjoy other courteous reception and discount provided by the POINT alliance business and hotels. Here, we will provide professional and meticulous value-added services for you, making your business trips more comfortable and cozy.

• Member guests booking via national reservation Hot-line 400 700 1997/official website will enjoy an additional 20% point reward;

• For reservations made via the reservation center and paid when check in , every 2 yuan of the room rate will earn 1 point; Payment in advanced via reservation center and reservations via travel agencies will not earn any point; Every 10 yuan paid for room service will earn 1 point;

• For the first 3 months of a hotel newly opened, member guests will earn 3 times of the prescribed points;

• Point rewards are only provided for the Member in person and at a qualified rate;

• Term of validity for points: starting from the day when a point is earned until December 31 of the next year.

Special rights and benefits
If a Member checks in on the day of his/her birthday, he/she will get a cake coupon or buffet coupon, which will be valid to be withdrawn within 1 month.
A member checking in on his/her birthday will get a gift wine which will be valid to be withdrawn within 1 month.

Terms and conditions for members to upgrade and retain a grade

• Business Card: Free register

• Honor Card: 10 nights of stay within a calendar year or earn no less than 8000 points;

• Royal Card: 20 nights of stay within a calendar year or earn no less than 15000 points;

Remarks:

Skipping of any grade in upgrade or degradation is not allowed;

Nights for long-term stay or nights reserved via travel agencies will not be deemed as valid nights for upgrade or retaining of a grade for members.
