The "Points Club" member can exchange and use the gained points for any hotel run by Grand Skylight Hotel Management Shenzhen for free accommodation. Tell us what you want, and we will endeavor to fulfill your request!

Accommodation Reward Exchanging Principles are as follows:

  1.  Please call 400 628 1997 to the Points Club Members Service Center in advance to exchange for an Accommodation Reward, and accomplish the booking.
  2.  Accommodation Reward applies only to standard rooms (including tax and service fee, excluding food and other expenses). The Accommodation Reward can be used for reservations of more rooms on the same day in the same hotel (less than 5 rooms).
  3.  The reservation cancellation should be done by notifying the Membership Office before 4 p.m. on the check-in day, otherwise, Rewards Points will be deducted no matter if you check-in for accommodation or not; If the cancellation is within the stipulated time, then the Rewards Points used for making the booking will be charged into the member's points account again.
  4.  The Points Club retains the right of immediate withdrawal, delay, modification or replacement of the Accommodation Reward Scheme, and the right should be without prior notice.
